How much do I earn per customer?
25% of every subscription payment your referred customer makes during the first 12 months after creating their account. Commission is calculated on the amount excluding VAT.
When is a referral attributed to me?
When a visitor creates a new account within 60 days of clicking your link. If another partner's link reached them first, the earlier link wins, and existing accounts don't count.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Each commission stays pending for 30 days in case the payment is refunded, then becomes available. Once your available balance reaches SAR 200, request a payout from your dashboard; the team reviews it and sends the transfer.
What happens if a payment is refunded?
Its commission is voided unless it has already been paid out — which is why commissions stay pending during the refund window.
How do I track results?
The partner dashboard in your account shows clicks, signups and purchases, pending, available and paid commission, and your payout requests with their status.
Do I earn if I sign up through my own link?
No. Self-referrals — creating an account for yourself through your own link — don't earn commission.
