There's no auto-renewal: you're never charged without asking, and you renew yourself before the period ends. If you cancel from settings, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account returns to the free plan with your forms and responses kept.

Yes. Within 14 days of payment you can request a full refund via “Contact us” in settings. The money goes back to the same payment method, and your account returns to the free plan with your forms and responses kept.

Your forms stop accepting new responses until the next month starts, or until you upgrade and the limit rises right away. Existing responses are kept, and we email you at 80% and 100% of the limit.

Yes. The app and your forms work in Arabic or English, and the AI understands descriptions written in dialect. Date fields can be set to the Hijri calendar.

Yes. Each form's responses export to CSV or Excel from its responses page.

The AI only runs when you ask for it: creating and editing, translation, and response insights. Only then is the needed text sent to the AI model provider for processing, through providers that don't retain it or train on it. It never talks to your respondents: everything they see, you approved before publishing.

The assistant is included in paid plans with no counter and nothing to buy, subject to fair use: it is built for normal work — creating, editing and analysing forms and quizzes — and a typical customer never comes close to the limit. Each assistant request counts as one; a very large file counts as up to five, and you see the number before you upload it. Under very heavy use within a billing cycle the assistant slows to a limited number of requests per day; you see this in your dashboard before anything is refused, along with when it returns. It is switched off entirely only in cases of abuse. Every other feature keeps working, and the free plan has a stated number of monthly tries.

In private storage with no public links — only members of the form's workspace can open them.
