The AI only runs when you ask for it: creating and editing, translation, and response insights. Only then is the needed text sent to the AI model provider for processing, through providers that don't retain it or train on it. It never talks to your respondents: everything they see, you approved before publishing.

Yes — every plan has a stated monthly allowance of assistant requests: Free 5 a day, up to 60 a month, Basic 800, Pro 1,500, Business 4,000. You see what's left in the editor, and it renews with your billing cycle. Each request counts as one — creating, editing, translating or analysing — and a very large file counts as up to five, shown before you upload it. Need more? Buy extra requests from settings: 500 requests for SAR 29. If you run out, the rest of the platform keeps working as usual.
