Terms of Use

You sign in with a link sent to your email or through Google. You are responsible for protecting that inbox and for everything that happens inside the workspaces you own.

A workspace owner is responsible for their team members and their permissions, and for the workspace's forms and responses.

The forms you create and the responses you collect are yours. We host and process them solely to provide the service to you.

You agree not to use the platform to collect data without a lawful basis, for phishing or fraud, to request passwords or card details, or for any content that breaches the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may suspend any form or account that does.

When you collect personal data from respondents you are its controller: you must tell them why you collect it and obtain their consent under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Form generation, editing, translation and response analysis rely on AI models from third-party providers. Their output is a suggestion that may contain errors; reviewing it before you publish or act on it remains your responsibility.

Decisions that materially affect people — hiring, for example — must not rest on automated analysis alone.

The AI assistant is included in paid plans without counting requests, subject to fair use: it is designed for normal use in building, editing and analysing forms and quizzes. Under very heavy use within a billing cycle it becomes available a limited number of times per day until the cycle renews; every other part of the platform keeps working. It is switched off entirely only in cases of abuse or automated calling. The free plan has a stated number of monthly tries.

The AI never talks to respondents: everything they see in a form was approved by its owner before publishing.

Each plan has limits published on the pricing page. A subscription is paid up front for one period — a month or a year — it does not renew automatically, and nothing is charged to you without your request.

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT; nothing is added at checkout. Each payment produces a simplified tax invoice once the platform is VAT-registered, and a payment receipt before that. Both appear under “Payment history” in settings.

A subscription ends when its paid period ends unless you renew it yourself from settings. Renewing early extends from the end of your current period, so you lose none of what you paid for.

You can cancel at any time from settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Online payments run through a licensed payment gateway. Your card details never pass through our servers.

You may request a full refund of any payment within 14 days of paying it, with no reason required.

To request one, write to us from “Contact us” in settings with the email on your account and the payment date or invoice number.

The money returns to the same method you paid with (card, mada or Apple Pay), or by bank transfer for what was paid by transfer. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

On refund the refunded period ends immediately and your account returns to the free plan; your forms and responses stay saved within its limits.

After 14 days a payment is not refundable, and your subscription stays active until the end of its period.

We work to keep the platform available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will tell you about any material change to these terms before it takes effect.
